Nintendo's Switch is a new and revolutionary console that combines ease of use with cutting-edge technology. When it was released on March 3, 2017, it quickly sold out. Many people were waiting in line in order to buy it. In the months that followed, retailers still sold out quickly and at inflated prices because the demand could not be met. It is still a must-have console for any gamer, both now and in the future, because of its excellent lineup of games.

Nintendo has been unable to meet the demand for the Nintendo Switch, its newest console. Due to parts shortages and production issues, the company has been scrambling to meet customer demand for consoles, which is currently hard to meet. There's no reason to panic, though. All indications point to Nintendo's console being a hit through 2021, according to recent sales projections.

Due to the COVID pandemic that has caused many people to spend more time at home and increased demand for video games, Kyoto-based company Nintendo originally planned to produce a record number of 30 million Switch consoles. Yet, production bottlenecks for key components, specifically microcomputers, appeared quickly in the spring. Due to insufficient supply, Nintendo decided to revise its production targets downward. Manufacturers were informed of the production cuts in advance.

Nintendo will make 20% fewer Switch consoles due to a shortage of chips. As a result of the holiday season, they are unable to supply enough [Nintendo Switch hardware] to meet the demand. According to Nintendo, there are no signs of improvement, and the situation remains challenging, so it is hard to predict how long the situation will last. This means waiting for the best Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals may not be an option if you are after the console itself. For those who are confident that they will need a Nintendo Switch before Christmas, we recommend getting one sooner rather than later in order to avoid disappointment.

Analyzing the data, it might be worth picking up a Switch before Black Friday

Despite the fact that Nintendo's portable console continues to be a popular choice among consumers. This year, Nintendo introduced the OLED version of the Switch, which I believe is one of the best Switches ever released. In general, I would not recommend switching to the Switch OLED unless you're buying your first Switch.

Nintendo has released a new forecast for future sales. Due to shortages of semiconductor chips, it may only be able to produce 24 million units, down 6% from its target of 25.5 million units. As a result, we expect Switch production to drop by 20%.

Nintendo Switch's popularity has been mainly due to its software, even though the Switch's hardware is more than five years old. Games such as Super Smash Bros., Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Mario Kart 8 are among the most popular. Breath of the Wild 2 and Ultimate are potential selling points.

With games like Ring Fit Adventure and Nintendo Labo, a Nintendo Switch can cater to fitness enthusiasts and hobbyists alike. Furthermore, the Nintendo Switch is available in three different versions, including the original, the portable Switch Lite, and the OLED model.

A Nintendo Switch online expansion pack was released recently for the company's subscription service. Its high price and some teething problems aside, the service is loved by many Switch owners who want to play Sega Genesis and N64 games. Furthermore, subscribers will have the opportunity to download Happy Home Paradise, the newest expansion pack for Animal Crossing: Horizons.

We can find plenty of deals on accessories and games for the Nintendo Switch in November, but the console itself may not be on sale during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
